Procedures:

Gather all the needed material

Measure the Sheet metal

After the cuttings, arrange the hinge and other components.

After the arrangement, paint and assemble the components together to the
desired image of the project.

REFLECTION:

.The cowl flaps are also covered in this Activity. I collaborated

with my group members to design the prototype for the cowl flaps.
My groupmates and I struggled to complete this assignment
because we live so far apart. Cowl flaps are small openings situated
at the bottom of the engine cowling that allow for increased
cylinder cooling during takeoff and ascent. The flaps are opened
and closed by the pilot using mechanical or electronic controls in
the cockpit.

REFLECTION:

My group group and I learnt more about the second form of thrust
reverser and how it works throughout this activity, in this case, the
cascade type thrust reverser system. We discovered how a thrust
reverser works. We also studied how it works in the cockpit. When
it comes to braking, the thrust reverser comes in handy. While
making this project, we realized that cooperation is a must and
teamwork is the key.

REFLECTION:

This last activity was a pressure because we needed to show

something nice and pleasing to the eye, unlike our previous
activity, and even though we couldn't do it, we pushed ourselves to
do it, and this type of thrust reverser is one of my favorites because
it operates in an obvious manner, demonstrating how simple the
operation is yet it manages to do its job very well.
