Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. It is with great pleasure that we extend our warmest invitation
to you and your esteemed institution to participate in the 1st Bahria International Moot Court Competition 2023.

The 1st Bahria International Moot Court Competition 2023 is scheduled to take place from December 12th to 14th,
2023, at the Bahria School of Law, Bahria University, Islamabad. This landmark event marks Bahria School of Law's
inaugural entry into the international law moot court competition arena, and we are wholeheartedly committed to
making it a resounding success. Our primary objective is to offer a unique and enriching mooting experience to all
participants, fostering knowledge exchange and camaraderie among aspiring legal minds.

For the competition format, we offer two options: for teams from Pakistan, In-Person participation only, and for foreign
teams, a Hybrid format. This format allows the foreign teams to choose between online or in-person participation,
ensuring flexibility to meet their needs.
To secure your participation slot, we kindly request your institution to register as soon as possible. Registrations are
open from November 6th and will close at 11:59 pm on November 15th. Please register via the Google
Registration Form [Click Here to Register]. The form contains comprehensive information regarding the moot
competition, including the competition schedule.

The registration fees for teams from Pakistan vary based on accommodation preferences. For teams not requiring
accommodations, the fee is PKR 12,000. For those seeking accommodations, the fee is PKR 20,000.

To complete the registration process, participating teams are required to make the necessary payments through the
designated payment methods provided within the Google Form. Additionally, we kindly request that you include proof of
payment by uploading it directly within the form. Once the registration is complete, teams will receive an
acknowledgment email containing the rules of the competition and other relevant materials. The moot problem will be
released on November 13, 2023.
We assure you that the 1st Bahria International Moot Court Competition 2023 will provide a platform for law students to
engage, learn, and demonstrate their advocacy skills. We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful campus in
Islamabad and look forward to your active participation.
