For me a progressive or developed place are those with good increase in citizens source
of income. I'm not saying to the place where there are globalized and advance livelihood,
but im speaking to a place where it keeps on making progress.

The following are those signs which I think it is the place that is well developed;
● Has good source of income - where people are happy with their earnings.
● Healthy environment - livelihood that haven't brought any negative effects to the
environment. Example of not good livelihood are factories.

1. What is ironic about the line 'There really isn't much change in our hometown since you
left'.

This statement is different from what I understood about the message of the story. I think
the writer of the letter wants the reciever not worry and keep calm about the situation.
Actually, the statement is far different from what reality happened from their place.
There are a lot of changes happened and might have happen in the future.

2. To what extent do developed projects seep down to the masses, who are supposed to
benefit from them? How is development to be measured?

Developed projects firstly benefit those people who need a helping hand. Those citizens
who belong to the unfortane ones. The role of these developed project is to help
marginalised people to experience living healthy and well. Developed is being measured
once the place haven't experienced
