This Innovation Center and L&D department of Segula India is a strategic


response to the ever-changing demands of our industry and the need for
fostering innovation and ongoing skill development within our workforce.

The Innovation Center will serve as a hub for creative thinking, idea generation,
and the exploration of cutting-edge solutions.

The Learning & Development component will focus on enhancing the


capabilities of our team members, ensuring that we stay ahead in a rapidly
evolving business environment.

A new team and setup for this department are underway to support the journey

Commercial Vehicles. He is currently heading the Design Studio Operations for
