OBJECTIVE

I am a highly motivated and determined 19 year old currently looking for


employment in a professional environment. I have proven qualities of
punctuality, communication, and teamwork, as well as an ability to work under
pressure. Furthermore, I have extensive knowledge of interpersonal skills and
team dynamics thanks to years of experience in team sports played at a highly
competitive level and previous work experience. Through my experiences in
and outside the workplace, I have developed and acquired skills that allow me
to thrive in any environment.

EXPERIENCE

Pick and Pack- dispatch (White Fox Boutique)


Full Time role (May 2023- Current)
● In this role, I was responsible for
○ Precisely picking, packing and processing orders efficiently
○ Using time management skills to reach KPI’s (picking a minimum
of 800 items a day)
○ Show initiative and think quickly
○ Using strong organisational skills

● This job has provided me with countless skills by working in a fast paced
environment. My time management skills have improved, through
managing my KPI throughout the day. I have learnt how to think quickly
on my feet when problems arise in busy time periods. This job has taught
me how to be self motivated through daily individual KPIs and the drive
to over achieve.

Sales Consultant and Member support (Fitness First)


Casual role 2022-2023
● In this role, I was responsible for
○ Proactively contributing to the club sales budget by reaching daily
and monthly KPIs, utilising sales promotions and referrals
campaigns
○ Generating and converting high-quality sales leads eg. through
community outreach and referrals
○ Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
○ Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised
interactions
○ Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them
engaged in their journey
● This role provided me with an array of skills by working with a diverse
sales team in a fast-paced and professional environment. With time, I
learnt how to professionally and efficiently work in this environment by
enhancing and developing my problem-solving skills, time management,
communication, and determination. As I had daily and monthly KPIs, I
had to learn how to motivate myself to perform to a high standard every
shift.

Reception work (Fitness First)


Casual role 2022
● My role as a receptionist at Fitness First Rockdale made me responsible
for
○ Opening and closing the gym when rostered on
○ Greeting all members and guests when entering and leaving the
gym
○ Being on my feet all shift (7 hours)
○ Completing tax invoices in Excel
○ Handling member's complaints and inquiries
○ Answering member's calls and completing debt collection calls
○ Using a point-of-sale system
○ Receiving, unpacking, and ordering stock
● Working in this role I developed a plethora of professional skills. These
skills allowed me to effectively communicate with diverse customers and
solve issues and concerns they brought to me. I successfully provided
each member with an enjoyable experience when they came to the gym.

Reception work (Pegasus Dental Services)


Casual role 2020-2021
● In this position I was responsible for answering business calls, organising
calendars and dates, organising files and important documents, as well as
cleaning and light maintenance.
● This job taught me important skills in dealing with professional clients in
a timely manner to ensure the utmost efficiency within the business as
well as collaborative teamwork skills including communication and
problem-solving.
Coach (NSW Waratahs)
Casual role 2022
● Leader and coach of a 4-week primary in-school rugby program,
teaching students with different levels of ability and expertise skills
needed to play Rugby.
● During this role, I had to learn how to communicate and articulate
instructions to students from K-6 while also creating an encouraging
environment for all.
