Метою написання дипломного проекту є розрахунок гребного гвинта

дизеля марки «Wӓrtsila» RT-Flex 58 T-D,тепловий розрахунок цього двигуна,
дослідження робочого процесу двигуна. Також необхідно розрахувати та
вибрати основні допоміжні механізми, описати системи, що обслуговують
головний двигун, та загальносуднові системи. Діагностування технічного
стану головного двигуна та допоміжних механізмів є важливою частиною
дипломної роботи.
Виконаний тепловий розрахунок двигуна «Wӓrtsila» RT-Flex показав,
що при номінальному значенні ефективної потужності Ne = 7513 кВт
ефективна витрата палива складає 0,176 кг/(кВт∙год.). Також зроблені
дослідження впливу коефіцієнта надлишку повітря , температури
охолодження наддувочного повітря Тохол, максимального тиску згоряння Pz,
коефiцiєнта ступеня стиску повітря ε на показники робочого процесу
двигуна.
В якості вузлового питання представлено шляхи вдосконалення
паливної системи судна. Важливість паливної системи судна та її значення.
Присутній опис системи підготовки палива та опис витратоміра Коріоліса.
Приділено увагу питанням технічного менеджменту, охорони праці,
цивільного захисту та міжнародні морські конвенції.

The purpose of writing the diploma project is to calculate the propeller of

the diesel engine "Wӓrtsila" RT-Flex 58 T-D, the thermal calculation of an engine,
study of the working process of the engine. It is also necessary to calculate and to
choose the main auxiliary mechanisms, to describe the systems that serves the
main engine and ship`s systems. Diagnosing the technical condition of the main
engine and auxiliary mechanisms is an important part of the work.
The performed thermal calculation of the RT-Flex Wӓrtsila engine showed
that at a nominal value of effective power Ne = 7513 kW, the effective fuel
consumption is 0.176 kg / (kW*h). Also, studies influence of the coefficient of
excess air , the cooling temperature of the charge air Тохол, the maximum
combustion pressure Pz, the coefficient of the degree of air compression ε on the
performance of the engine.
As a nodal issue presented the way to improve the ship's fuel system. The
importance of the ship's fuel system and it`s significance. There is a description of
the fuel service system and a description of the Coriolis flowmeter.
Attention is paid to issues of technical management, labor protection, civil
protection and international maritime conventions.
