1. The above case is posted for question the accused and recording the
statement u/s 313 of CrPC.

2. That the wife of the 2 nd accused was hospitalized in connection is now

working in and resding in the Lekshadeep ahda driver and the 2 nd accused is
not in station due to his employment prevented them from personal appearance
before this court on today

3. There is no will-full laches or delay on the part of the above accused.

Hence the accused persons are filing this application for exempting them from
personal appearance and seeking an adjournment of the today’s proceeding to
another date.

4. If this application is not allowed it will resulted in irreparable loss and

injury to them.
 Therefore it is most humbly submitted that this hon’ble court may be
pleased to exempt the accused from appearing personally and adjourn
today’s proceedings to another date, to secure the ends of justice.
