AUGUST 2017
Dear Teledyne Colleagues,

As our reputation and visibility grows, our need for

consistency in presentation of our company name and
image becomes vital.

Therefore, it is essential for all Teledyne companies to

adopt and apply the company identity correctly. The
number and type of variations presented to external
audiences also needs to be clearly defined. This Identity
Guide seeks to produce a unified presence for all
Teledyne companies.

I ask for your cooperation and support in using

Teledyne’s Identity Guide.

TELEDYNE TECHNOLOGIES IDENTITY GUIDE

INTRODUCTION

Graphic Standards
Teledyne has created a set of graphic standards designed
to ensure that its communications across the board have
a unified look and feel. They include usage of common
logos, as well as matters concerning typography, official
colors, and formatting.

Logos
A logo is a specified design, symbol or style of type
associated with the company name. The shape, color,
typeface, arrangement and usage are all distinctly different
from those in a similar market.

Teledyne strives to assure that all communications and

marketing materials produced are of a quality consistent
with Teledyne’s desired brand image. The logo must
be incorporated into all communications and must be
regularly applied within the guidelines of the identity
guide. When communication materials are produced by
Teledyne departments, external agencies, or freelance
graphic designers, it is critically important to follow the
company standards.

A library of approved company logos can be found at
