SUBJECT : Progress Report re: Missing Person

1. Reference: a. Police blotter with entry no. 2023-12, dated June 3,

2023.
b. Spot Report re: Missing Person

2. In connection to the reference, that on June 4, 2023, an investigation

was conducted by Cagayan Police Provincial Office for the case of a
missing person, Mr. Glenvert Cominghod single, 22-year-old, student,
and temporarily residing at Jufelimae Apartment, Centro 2 purok 7,
Sanchez Mira, Cagayan.

3. That Ms. Burigsay had a severe argument with the missing person, Mr.
Cominghod that makes him leave the apartment without further notice.

4. That Mr. Cominghod is still missing after the thorough search of the
task force assigned.

5. This station is requesting additional support of task forces from other

surrounding municipalities.

6. Continuous investigation is still conducted by this station to find leads

regarding to that incident. Any information involved relative to same will
be immediately forwarded to that office as soon as obtained.

7. Final Report will follow.
