Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Allow me to introduce my name is Nia Ramadhani.Today, I would like to express my


praise and gratitude for the presence of Allah SWT because it is thanks to his grace that
we can gather in this place in good health.I'm going deliver a speech entitled Why
Sports is Important.

The majority of us claim that we do not have time for exercise. We feel too busy to do
that. However, many experts says that exercise has great role in making our body
healthy.

Ladies and gentleman,being physically active offers many advantages. In physical


rewards, exercise can help reducing body weight and making our body fitter. Exercise is
also believed to reduce stress levels, improve sleep patterns, and reduce the risk of
heart disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. Besides physical advantage,
exercise also brings good effects mentally. Due to the fitter body, exercise can make us
feel refreshed and happy, increasing our life quality and expectancy.

How can we exercise when we are busy? Ladies and gentlemen, we often encounter
questions like this. Actually, exercise can be done in a simple way. We can walk around
while shopping. We can take the stairs instead of the elevator in the office. Or we can
cycle while enjoying our free time.

After all, doing exercise is difficult in a busy life but a little exercise will help us feel
better.

Finally, thank you for this opportunity. Let's do regular exercise to keep our bodies
healthy. See you again.
