Mr. Delmo is a Licensed Architect with considerable experiences in design, construction,
and project management. He proactively works with the project team to ensure clients
and project objectives are being met which includes safety, budget, schedule, and quality
criteria. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of technical and management
roles including Project Manager, Architectural Designer, and Interior Designer. As a result
of these experiences, he has gained a variety of skills, including those related to
managing, preparing quotation contracts, calculating cost estimates, and maintaining a
project timeline and schedule. Moreover, he is well-versed in various design and drafting
software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Lumion rendering. He obtained his Bachelor
