 Daily monitoring of weather conditions from PAGASA and


OCD; and
 Daily Situational Report of Road (bound to Manila via NV-Pang
1 WEATHER MONITORING;
Road and bound to Baguio via Ambuklao Road) Weather and
Lifelines updates dissemination through the PDRRMO social
media account.

RECEIVING OF EMERGENCY
2 HOTLINE DAILY CALLS AND  Received a total of 47 incoming and outgoing calls/messages.

DISPATCHED ERT TO
3 RESPOND TO THE INCIDENT  Dispatched ERT thru dispatch call 8 times this week.
REPORTED;
 Monitored Landslide Incident along Nueva Vizcaya –
Pangasinan Road last July 13,2023 at Camp 4 Santa Maria, San
Nicolas, Pangasinan and coordinated to MDRRMO San Nicolas,
Pangasinan and MDRRMO Sta.Fe, Nueva Vizcaya and
dissemination of updates was done thru the Official Social
Media Pages of MDRRMO Sta Fe, MDRRMO San Nicolas,
Pangasinan and PDRRMO Nueva Vizcaya.
 Continued monitoring the landslide-prone area along Nueva
Vizcaya – Pangasinan Road due to possible recurrence from
4 ROAD MONITORING;
continuous rainfall;
 Monitored road status of Provincial and Municipal Roads
through the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Offices in the Province.
 Monitored National Road status in coordination with DPWH,
Provincial Engineering Office, MDRRMO, and PDRRMO of
other provinces.
 Updated the road monitoring dashboard; and
 Relaying to concerned agencies.
 Monitored the PEIMNET, the Earthquake monitoring device;
MONITORING OF EARLY

WARNING DEVICES;
 Monitored forecasts from PAGASA
 Coordination of the 1st Tour de Nueva Vizcaya Cycling
competition held from July 13 until July 16;
NATIONAL DISASTER  Prepared deployment plan of Personnel; and

RESILIENCE MONTH;  Monitored traffic flow during the competition.

 Attended Response Cluster Meeting via Zoom led by
OCD;
 Activation of BRAVO Protocol and raising the alert
TROPICAL DEPRESSION status of Operations Center to BLUE;
7  Continuous coordination with MDRRMO’s and other
“DODONG”
agencies;
 Monitor municipalities susceptible to landslide;
 Rescue equipment including vehicles on land are on
standby; and
 Road and weather updates and changes are posted on
the official social media page.
