We thank you for inviting us and we are pleased to quote for the consultancy services for
the project.

1. Scope of works

1. Structural analyses
2. Detailed calculations of the structure connections
3. Fabrication drawings (part drawings, cut drawings etc.)
4. Assembly drawings with dimensions, levels and locations
5. 3D modelling
6. QC documentation

2. Exclusions: -

1. Approvals from ROP and other authorities

2. Tender documents and BOQ
3. Any item which are not mentioned in the scope of works.

3. Other Conditions: -

1. After approval of the preliminary sketches, if the client requires any amendment in
the drawings it will be charged separately.
2. If any meetings or site visits required, it shall be charged separately.
3. This offer is valid for 30 days only.
4. VAT is excluded and it shall be charged over and above the quoted price.
5. If the project is kept on hold or abandoned, Miles reserves the right to invoice for
the work carried out until such a written notice is received.
