1 በተቋሙ ሙስናና ብልሹ አሠራሮች ሲከሰቱ ጥቆማዎችን ለመቀበልና
ተገቢዉን የእርምት እርምጃ ለመዉሰድ የተዘረጋ አሠራር ሥርዓት
2 የተቋሙ የበላይ አመራር ጥቆማዎችን ለመቀበልና ውሳኔ ለመስጠት
ያለው ዝግጁነትና ተነሳሽነት ደረጃ
3 በተቋሙ የተመዘበረን ሀብት በመረጃ ላይ በመመስረትና ክትትል
በማድረግ የማስመለስ ደረጃ
4 በተቋሙ ጠቋሚዎች ጥቆማ እንዲያቀርቡ የማበረታትና የማነሳሳት ደረጃ
5 ስለ ዓለም አቀፍ የፀረ-ሙስና ቀን አከባበር ያልዎት ግንዛቤ
6 እንደተቋሙ ተጨባጭ ሁኔታ ሙስናና ብልሹ አሠራር ለመከላከል
የሚያግዙ ልዩ ልዩ አደረጃጀቶችንና የሠራተኛ ንቅናቄን የመፍጠር ደረጃ
7 ተቋሙ በዉስጥና በዉጭ ኦዲተሮች የተለዩትን ግኝቶች ክትትል
በማድረግ ተገቢዉን ማሻሻያ እርምጃ የመዉሰድ ባህል፤
