GOAL SETTING
 If you are goal setter, you are also described as oriented
person.
 You know how to set specific targets or objectives for your
business in tagalog layunin, meaning ano ba yung goal mo.
Also why are goals setting important?
Goals are important because they provide us a direction.

And to be successful in the business, you must know or learn

how to set goals correctly and this goals you have to be SMART
goals.
So ano nga ba ang meaning ng SMART?

S – stands for Specific meaning ano ba talaga yung gusto mong

mangyari, you must be specific of what you want to achieve
M – is Measurable meaning you can assess your goal if you are
reaching it already based on evaluation measurable
A – stands for Attainable, is it possible to attain or pangarap
nalang ba ito
R – Relevant, mahalaga, kailangan importante, so kung ang pag
uusapan natin ngayon ay Negosyo, eto bang Negosyo mo ay
relevant sa mga tao
And the last is.
T – Time bound – you have a time frame, you want to be
successful in the business pero wala kang time frame, ilang taon
ba ang gusto mo, set your time frame, if it is after a year, after
two years, after three years or for a lifetime
So that’s how you really must set goals properly.

INFORMATION SEEKER
It is a person who continuously seeks pertinent details about
the market the suppliers competitors and trends, baket, kasi if
you are an information seeker you will never stop knowing
trends in the market, you should never stop knowing what the
consumers need or want, and also you’ll never stop learning
from what your competitors are actually offering kailangan
sumabay ka sa uso, kung merong ganito yung competitor mo
kailangan mahigitan mo yon so paano mo malalaman?
Kailangan maging information seeker ka.

However, you have to take note that aside from going with the
flow or with the trend, you will also have continue learning, you
have to continue seeking information on how to improve your
products and services so ibig sabihin kung marunong kang
makiuso kailangan next time ikaw din ang mag istart ng trend,
ikaw ang magpapauso, by then you start setting the standards
among your competitors.
