A. What is the event all about?

"Balik Eskwela Orientation" was a collaborative event organized by the SFXC

Management/Administration, Office of the Students Affairs and Services , Faculty and staff.
It is a nationwide campaign in the Philippines that typically takes place before the start of the
school year. This event aimed to prepare students and parents for the upcoming academic
year. It focused on ensuring that students are ready for the new school year. This includes
activities such as checking and updating school supplies, uniforms, and other necessities.The
orientation also involves disseminating important information to the students, such as school
profile, history, founders, how the sfxc started. enrollment schedules, and other relevant
announcements. This helps parents and students plan accordingly. Balik Eskwela campaigns
may include initiatives to provide financial assistance to families who may be facing
challenges in meeting the educational expenses of their children.

Balik Eskwela Orientation orientation is a valuable event that promotes

communication, community building, and preparation, ultimately contributing to a positive
and successful educational experience for students, parents, and school staff. It contributes to
a smooth and successful start to the academic year, helps students and parents become
familiar with the school environment, facilities, and policies and provides an opportunity for

support their child's education.
4. Boost student motivation and confidence by highlighting their potential and

D. Synopses and Insights

The first day of the orientation was attended by all students from the College
of Criminal Justice Education to formally get to know the institution and their
department. The second day they welcomed all students from the College of Teacher
Education. And third day, the College of Business Education students take their turn
in getting to know the school and its services. This full-day program brought together
students, educators, and professionals in the field of their studies to explore key
concepts, career opportunities, and practical skills essential for success in the
discipline. And it is an excellent opportunity to set the tone for the academic year,
engage students, and provide crucial information about the criminology.

Insights:

Balik Eskwela Orientation program provided insights into the wide range of
career options available to the students, from their different departments.
Students left with a clear understanding of potential career paths and steps to
achieve their goals.
