E. Minutes:

The purposes of the parcelization of the existing CCLOA and the issuance of
subsequent Computerized Titles (c-Titles) was discussed to the ARBs concerned. More
particularly, the following topics were discussed:

1. Reasons of parcelization of existing CCLOA;

2. Manner of Lot Allocations to ARBs;
3. Schedule of activities for the conduct of lot allocation, subdivision survey, etc.;
4. Preparation and execution of the required documents (i.e., Lot Allocation
Agreement/MARPO/Designated Personnel Report on Equitable Lot Allocation,
Certified Copy of Owner’s Duplicate Copy, etc.); and
5. Payment of Real Property Tax.
