The workplace has a strong influence on our mental health or well-being. However, in Malaysia,
mental health is an issue that lacks attention and, in the workplace, mental health challenges or
support for mental health conditions are often viewed as a personal issue rather than something
an employer or organization can also be a part of. Create a presentation based on the following
details:
1. Create a new blank PowerPoint presentation and save the file as HOT POWERPOINT
(YOUR NAME_GROUP).
1. Add Slide #1 choose the Title Slide Layout and put the title of “IS YOUR JOB
AFFECTING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH?” and write YOUR FULL NAME and STUDENT ID in
the subtitle. Apply the “Facet” theme for all slides.

2. Add Slide #2 with Title and Content Layout and enter “Employee Mental Health Risks at
Work” as the title. Type the information below as the content for Slide #2 in any bullet form.

3. Search for the image of “Mental Health at Work” and insert the image in Slide #2. Place
and resize the image nicely anywhere on the slide.

Format the shape using preset shadow – inside center, solid fill color (orange, accent 4,
lighter 80%), and format text solid fill color black.

7. Apply the “Checkerboard” transition in the exciting category to all slides and select the
“Left” effect option with an advanced slide timing setting to run automatically after 5 seconds.

change the start timing setting to “With Previous” with 3 3-second durations.

2. Create a worksheet and enter the data as in the table below. Start the data entry at cell
A4.

A1-J1, merge the title and apply heading 1 style.
