3. THE COMPANY
3.1 General Requirements

Yathva through its MD established, documented, implemented, and maintained an Integrated

Management System and continually improved its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 Standards. The Integrated Management System
[IMS] is designed following the concept of the “Plan-Do-Check-Act” cycle.

Yathva has identified the processes for its IMS and the application throughout the organization and has
determined the sequence and interaction of these processes. The criteria and methods needed to ensure
the effectiveness of both the operation and the control of these processes are established through the
control parameters and performance measures integrated into the procedures of the IMS.

Yathva has provided the resources and information necessary to support the control, operation, and
monitoring of these processes and related significant aspects.

Yathva ensures that processes within the scope of the IMS are monitored, measured, and analyzed and
actions necessary to achieve the planned results and continual improvement of these processes are
implemented.

3.2 Overview of the Organization

Yathva Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd was established to provide Permanent Laboratory and Site Testing at
Hyderabad and Calibration & and testing facilities at a Permanent & site at Anantapuramu in the field of
Electrical & and Electro Technical Calibration to its customers at the following locations.

Works:

Yathva Energy Solutions undertakes the execution of the works in the following areas through qualified and
experienced personnel.

• Construction and Maintenance of sub-stations - 33KV to 400KV.

• Construction of Transmission and distribution lines
• Laying of Underground cables (Both LT and HT)
Services:

Following are the few important services that we undertake to cater to the needs of the industry.

• Testing and commissioning: Yathva Energy Solutions recognizes the importance of testing and
commissioning of the electrical equipment after their installation. We provide third-party testing
and commissioning services as per the prescribed norms.
• Life Cycle Maintenance: We strongly believe in “Prevention is better than cure”. We inspect,
catalog, and tag the equipment. Then we develop a customized Lifecycle Maintenance Program to
match our customer’s requirements. Each piece of equipment will have its own specific checklist
outlining all the service procedures and safety checks we will perform for routine and periodic
maintenance.
These checklists have been developed to ensure that all critical components and operating functions are
checked and verified. A written copy of the checklist is provided as well as a summary report of work
performed. In addition, service histories showing detailed cost information are available upon request.
These can be used to compare cost and reliability for individual pieces of equipment or for all the equipment
in your operation.

• Education and Training: Yathva Energy Solutions is aware that there is a gap between the
educational institutions and the requirements of the industry. The curriculum in most of the
universities makes students qualified but not skilled personnel. To bridge this gap and make the
persons to be productive right from the day of their joining the organization, we are planning to
establish a state-of-the-art training center with world-class facilities.
