MULTISLICE NON CONTRAST CT SCAN OF THE CHEST:


TECHNIQUE: Multislice axial CT images of the chest with multiplanar reconstruction.
No IV contrast was used.

CLINICAL HISTORY: Cough


FINDINGS:
 Lingular lobar thin atelectatic band.
 Otherwise. both lungs are clear showing no
parenchymal nodules, cavitary lesions,
consolidative patches or bronchiectatic changes.
 No CT evidence of hilar or mediastinal lymph
node enlargement.
 No pleural or pericardial collections seen.
 Patent central air ways with well inflated both lungs.
 No gross cardiac abnormality.
 CT cuts of the upper abdomen showing fatty liver.
OPINION:
 Essentially normal CT scan of the chest.
