Rationale of the Action Plan (1-2 paragraphs):

Contingency Planning is to plan for the worst case scenario to deprive learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel from disasters in order to deliver
quality basic education and the rights of children for continuous, quality education in safe learning environment. This plan intends to strengthen the
program of Disaster Risk Reduction Management in School and capacitate the School Head, teachers, non-teaching personnel and the community to be
prepared and ready in the occurrence of the disaster whether natural and human-induced hazard.

Objectives of the Action Plan:

1. To ensure the protection of lives and properties in the event of earthquake in Nasilaban Integrated School;

2. To determine the immediate needs and the resources that will meet the needs in the event of earthquake;

3. To establish coordination and linkages between and among the stakeholders of Nasilaban Integrated School in the event of the
earthquake.

1. Make use of leading strategically that focus on leading the school and the people in mitigating and be resilient for the welfare of the
learners.
