    Dear Ms. Nikka Rose Macalinao,

    Good day! I, IBRAHIM TOLENTINO SIAZON with a student number of SA190188. A 4th year
    student and graduating student in Bachelor of Science in Criminology at ICCT Colleges Foundation Inc.
    My internship started August 25, 2023 and finished on October 27, 2023 and finished the 270 hours.

    I’m writing this letter to request of an extension to extend the submission of my ICOC that we need
    to submit on November 25, 2023. I’m hoping that you’ll allow me to extend it untill January 20, 2023 due
    to the delay of releasing of internship Certificate of Completion (COC).
