Article 1.

This Rulebook shall prescribe the form, content and manner of keeping a Work Book (construction diary)
and Book of Quantity ( construction book)

Work Book is kept in the form of a book,A4 format with hard covers, containing cover page and
interconnected internal pages in which should include the following data:

1. The cover page: book number, name of construction, address of building, number and date of
construction permit, the institution that issued it, the title "Work Book ", name and surname or
title of the investors and his address (seat), name of the legal entity – designer with license
number, name and surname with authorization number of the main designer, name of the legal
entity- Contractor with tne number of licence, name and surname with authorization number
for the engineer for construction (Project Manager) who lead the construction, name of the
legal entity for performing supervision with license number, name and surname with the
authorization number of the supervisory Engineer, date of start of the construction, date of
completion of construction and duration (period) of construction. The date of the beginning of
construction is recorded in the first Work Book and date of the completion of construction is
recorded in the last Work Book, whereas in all others Work Books are recorded the period of
construction between first and last Work Book.

Article 3

The construction diary is kept every day from the beginning to completion of construction.
