At PT Telkomsel Indonesia, Indonesia’s largest network with 500 international roaming partners, my role in
a 24/7 shift environment has been pivotal in strategic planning, implementation, and troubleshooting of
roaming protocols and core network technologies. My responsibilities have included leading teams in
roaming planning and implementation, ensuring effective management of all testing and troubleshooting
tasks. My ability to deliver hourly, weekly, and monthly reports has been crucial in maintaining
transparency and prompt updates to stakeholders.

My technical skills are broad and encompass network operation and maintenance, with a strong
background in network architecture and security protocols. I have a comprehensive knowledge of
Roaming SS7, Camel, GP, ISUP, Diameter LTE, GTP, STP, SIP, and core network operations. Proficient in both
automated and manual testing, I have effectively managed UAT Testing and collaborated across various
network, IT, and business divisions.

Furthermore, my international collaboration skills have been honed through constant engagement with
Telkomsel’s Roaming Partners, ensuring readiness and availability 24/7. While my understanding of GDPR
regulations and principles is foundational, it significantly contributes to ensuring compliance and security
in all operations.

I am particularly drawn to RP International’s commitment to enabling next-generation, cloud-based,

international mobile services. My experience in a leading telco in Asia and ability to work following Japan
