Notice!
It is a reminder notice to all parents/guardians and students that school has planned to
conduct a photo/video session of every class, club and lab activities on 24 & 25 January
2024 (10 & 11 Magh). It will be done tomorrow, 24 January 2024 right after the
examination. Therefore, all the students and teachers must come to school in proper Winter
school uniform (Blazer compulsory) as instructed earlier. Similarly, all the teachers are also
required to be in proper formal uniform for the photo session. On 25 January, only selected
students will have to report to school.

Note:

 Exam Time: 10:00am to 1:00pm for tomorrow,

 Tiffin Break: 1:00-1:30pm
 Photography/Videography Session: 1:30-3:00pm
 School Buses depart at 3:15pm [Hence, the parents are requested to prepare your
schedule accordingly.]
 Term Break: Thursday and Friday i.e. 25 & 26 January 2024 (11&12 Magh)
 Board Practical Exams for CBSE X & XII: 25 to 30 January 2024 [All students must
complete and keep their Practical files and Projects works ready by 24 January 2024.]
 Regular classes resume from Sunday, 28 January 2024 (14 Magh)
 Tuesday, 29 January 2024 (16 Magh) – School holiday for Martyrs’ Day
 PTM for PA II/Pre-Board: Saturday, 3 February 2024 (20 Magh)
 Sunday, 4 February 2024 (21 Magh): Non-School Day
 Tentative Dates for School Tour for Students of Grade 3-9: From 16-19/20 March 2024
(4-7/8 Falgun). We will send detailed itinerary of the tour soon.
