He was an ex-serviceman and he started farming in the year 2014. Long before

developed road for transportation, no market facilities and many more. His farm
area was not in a good condition. In 2014 he started farming, developed, and
modernized his farm to a great extent. Established bore well, drip irrigation,
store house and obtained many machineries with subsidy. Currently growing

achievement.
PROBLEMS-
In my interview i came to know about many problems which is being faced by
today’s farmer. Selling of the produces especially vegetable which are
perishable in nature is the major problem of vegetable grower. There is lack of
market facility due to which farmers face great loss and are forced to sell their
produces in very low price.
Here are some feedback about other problems and their solution.
 Problem of low yield of rice due to local variety can be solved by using
HYV.
 Labor shortage can be overcome by fully mechanization of farm.
 Timely availability of input like seed, fertilizer and pesticide is very
important.
 Promotion of IFS.
 Promote use of biofertilizers, biopesticide etc.
 Development of local markets to sell perishables quickly.
 Establishment of storage structures.
FUTURE PLANS
 Establish cold storage.
 Fully automization of farm.
 Poly house-1/2 acre for off season farming .
