Mission:

Our mission at YLCE is to engage and

uplift high school students in
underrepresented areas by harnessing
the power of artistic expression and
leadership. We foster a community of
young leaders who use their creativity
to tackle local challenges, beautify
neighborhoods, and advocate for
positive change. By amplifying their
voices and influence, we cultivate
confidence, enabling these young
individuals to shape their destinies and
make a lasting, positive impact on their
world.
 Program Overview:
● YLCE is an innovative fusion of leadership
development and artistic expression, a unique
blend of creativity and empowerment that
stands poised to make a lasting impact on the
young hearts and minds of Clark County,
Nevada.
● Students will range from grades 9 through 12
within the Clark County School District
● We will initially focus on five underrepresented
school, (Valley High School, Western High
School, Chaparral High School, Sunrise
Mountain High School & Western High School)
