CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION

Company Background

In the heart of Tokyo's bustling district of Harajuku, where fashion and flavor collide,
there's a charming little dessert haven known as "Frosty Bites." This sweet venture was born
from the imagination of a visionary culinary artist, John Lester Fullo Racho also known as
“Chupaka Lalog.”

Lalog, a skilled pastry chef with a penchant for creating unique and delightful treats,
dreamed of a place where people could escape the heat of the city and indulge in the cool,
creamy bliss of his creations. As he experimented in his kitchen, perfecting the art of combining
light, fluffy cream puffs with the frosty allure of premium ice cream, "Frosty Bites" came to life.

The name encapsulates the essence of Lalog’s vision — a place where every bite is a
chilly burst of flavor, a delightful escape from the ordinary. The simplicity of "Frosty Bites"

baked cream puffs wafting through the air, creating a sensory experience that lures in both
locals and tourists alike. Word quickly spread about this cool haven in Harajuku, where each
visit promises a momentary escape into a world of sweetness. "Frosty Bites" has become a
beloved destination for those seeking a refreshing treat, a place where the harmony of cream
and ice creates a symphony of flavors that dance on the taste buds.

As customers line up for their favorite "Frosty Bites," they become part of a delicious
