6. Do not send the defective unit to our office without the above procedure 1, 2, 3, and
4 otherwise the customer has to pay the return shipping charges also.
7. Solve the defective unit issue in 5 -7 working days.
8. Find out the device is defective or not. We replace or repair the particular part if it
is defective.
9. It may take longer than 7 working days to replace the main unit or speakers or mic
or battery, if we do not have a stock.
