Officer of Professional Responsibility
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this memorandum is to request the dismissal of OPR Case #21-014.
BACKGROUND:
On January 12, 2021, the Office oflnspector General (OIG) received a complaint, which was
forwarded to the Office of Professional Responsibility (QPR) which stated the following:

"Complainant called to suggest that someone take a look at and investigate Officer -
's social media posts, specifically on Facebook. The complainant stated there
are anti-Biden and election conspiracy theories posted by the officer. There are
comments made to those posts by • • • 1111 that are also concerning. Complainant
stated that they would like to remain anonymous. "
DISCUSSION:
• The OPR was provided the telephone number for the anonymous individual that made
the complaint to the OIG. On January 25, 2021, the OPR attempted to call the
telephone number, which came back as a facsimile line. [EXHIBIT 2]

Facebook page was indicative of someone that has changed their Facebook settings to
private. [EXHIBIT 3]
RECOMMENDATION:
The OPR will consider this matter CLOSED and OPR Case #21-014 will be classified as
DISMISSED.
