Before we start

Create a quiet environment in your home, conducive for


meditation

Sit on a comfortable chair or on the ground. Don’t make


yourself too cozy!

We will be doing some activities with hand movements. Please


keep your laptop or mobile phone on a table or platform

Make sure the Sahaja Yoga instructor is clearly audible. If


possible, please use earphones or connect to a speaker

Please mute your phone or laptop & keep video off. Use “raise
hand” option if you want to ask questions.

You would be experiencing something simple, yet profound.
