SUBJECT LOAD GUIDELINES:

Please take note of the following guidelines as per advised by the BOT:
1. ATTENDANCE: Attendance is a must. Teachers who will commit more than the allowable absences (justifiable and unjustifiable reason) will receive disciplinary
action.
2. BIOMETRICS: Biometrics is required. Teachers are encouraged to enroll in biometrics, hence, no biometrics record is considered absent.
3. COLLECTION: The administration adheres to “NO COLLECTION POLICY”. Teachers are not allowed to collect cash or any form from students in exchange of
grades.
4. LOAD: Teachers must submit his/her subject loads to their respective Head/Coordinator and furnish thereof to admin, registrar and library. No changing/swapping of
subject load without the approval of the administration. Time allotment per subject is 5-10 minutes before class dismissal.
5. DELIVERY MAP: Teachers must submit delivery map on or before the deadline.
6. SUBSTITUTION: Teachers must file substitution form one week before their planned absences subject for approval. Conflict schedule with the substitute teacher’s is
not allowed.
7. SUBMISSION OF GRADES & OBE SYLLABUS: Teachers are required to submit grades one week after the examination period. and OBE syllabi for subjects
handled must be submitted in the HR Office.
