Fiber laser cleaning machine is an advanced cleaning technology which is a

perfect replacement of traditional cleaning.
Laser cleaning process is to melt and remove the surface layer by a very
high-energy laser heat. The single module optical fiber laser source provides
consistent and stable power and high quality of laser beam. The laser power
can be adjusted according to actual production needs. This solution

2、Handheld laser scanning head with wobble system
The second, extremely important component that determines the quality and
speed of cleaning is the laser head. The TOPTEK cleaner is equipped with a
proprietary, modern head with an electric moving beam syste. It has a
patented mechanism that drives the focusing lens, which allows it to
automatically change its position, and thus the width of the beam. The head is
cooled with water (not air), Which allows it to work stably and without
interruption. The device has a light, ergonomic design and lies securely in the
operator's hands.

accordance with your own production profile. If necessary, you can turn off the
TOPTEK Wobble oscillation function from the control system and use a laser
with a point or line sport. The system is operated in several languages:
English, French, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, Russian，Sabra, Polish，Chinese
and others depending on end user’s demand and developed in advance.

Warranty
Warranty period:TOPTEK provides 2 years warranty for whole machine. During
the warranty period,TOPTEK is responsible for free repairs and replacement of
parts and components (except for consumables such as conductive fibers, lens and
nozzles) that fall within the scope of the warranty. Due to buyer’s entrusting a third
party to disassemble and repair the machine, abnormal power supply, bad working
environment etc. and external factors that cause machine failure or machine damage
are not included in the free warranty.
