This study aimed to develop supplementary biology teaching materials using videos about bacteria that produce antibacterial compounds associated with sponges. The study was conducted at Gorontalo State University's biology department. The results showed that the learning videos contained stages to reveal the diversity of antibacterial bacteria associated with sponges and were found to be 75% valid in content and 100% valid in video quality. Therefore, the videos can be used as supplemental biology teaching materials.

FEBRIYANTO NGOPOHI. 2023. Biology Teaching Material Supplement
Using The Study of Bacteria Producing Antibacterial Compounds Associated with Sponges as a Digital Learning Resource. Essay. Biology Education Study Program, Departement of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Gorontalo, advidor I Dr. Abubakar Sidik Katili, M.Sc. and Supervisor II Dr. Yuliana Retnowati, M.Si
This study aims to describe supplementary biology teaching materials using a
study of antibiacterial-producing bacteria associated with sponges as a digital learning resource, and to determine the validity of learning videos as biology learning resources. This research was conducted at the biology department of gorontalo state university. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed that supplementary biology teaching materials in the form of learning videos contain stages to reveal the diversity of antibacterial- producing bacteria associated with sponges, show a validity value of 75% in the material aspect dan 100% in the video viewing aspect. Learning videos that contains stages in uncovering the diversity of antibacterial-producing bacteria associated with sponges can be used as a supplement to biology teaching materials.
