This study aims to describe supplementary biology teaching materials using a

study of antibiacterial-producing bacteria associated with sponges as a digital
learning resource, and to determine the validity of learning videos as biology
learning resources. This research was conducted at the biology department of
gorontalo state university. The research method used was descriptive qualitative.
The results of the study showed that supplementary biology teaching materials in
the form of learning videos contain stages to reveal the diversity of antibacterial-
producing bacteria associated with sponges, show a validity value of 75% in the
material aspect dan 100% in the video viewing aspect. Learning videos that
contains stages in uncovering the diversity of antibacterial-producing bacteria
associated with sponges can be used as a supplement to biology teaching
materials.
