In this lesson, different diseases brought about human modern lifestyle.
The teacher introduces the different non-communicable and lifestyle diseases.
Understanding the concept of health is helpful in understanding disease. Show pictures of
different desirable health practices like washing of hands, toilet manners, proper storage of
food, cooking food. Ask the student to analyze the picture. Have an open discussion.
