ABSTRACT
A sports industry is developing one of the biggest in the world. More & more people are
participating in sport & recreational activities throughout a wide spectrum of activities.
Indian sports goods retail industry has grown significantly over the years. Technology,
coupled with few government initiatives, leading to cost-effective production techniques,
would be the prerequisites for this highly evolving industry. The Indian sports goods
retailing sector is becoming intensely competitive, as more and more players are vying
for the same set of customers and is witnessing a radical transformation. The increase in
the number of retailers across the country indicates that sports industry will boom in a
big way in the near future.The new entrant in retailing in India signifies the beginning of
retail revolution.Retailing of Sports Goods Market in India is growing due to the rise in
per capital income,changing lifestyle, and consumer preferences. India has been a
manufacturing hub for various sports products and brands sourcing which has
tremendously increased.
Generally, a growing market is more desirable, not only there is great sales potential
but also usually easier to enter and build sales in a growing market place. For very
small firms, however, a large market can be a double edge sword. On the positive side
of course there is a potential for huge sales, negatively though larger firms with well
established access to marketing channels and better financing might be tempered to
enter such an attractive market place.

Introduction

1.1 Need of the system.

• This system will provide you with the online Sports product booking,
Order Tracking, Membership and Various types of Deals Comparison of
various types of Products with Customer Reviews. Now a days more and
more peoples are participating in Sports Activities. To get more options and
opinion on the products and quality and to get pocket friendly price,

sports products for different sports i.e. Cricket, Badminton, Football, Table
tennis, etc.
• User with premium membership will get benefits on offers, daily discount
and free cancelation of orders.

This system is not providing the queue list. Any of the website is not providing
the custom clear detail. User have to prepay for the sports products another
problem with existing systems are that, that the modules of the system

This website will provide to book an order of sports products.


Users will get their sport accessories ready on their time.

Analysis

2.1 Requirement Analysis.

 This website provides you the best online sports products .


 User will get the option of brand selection for buying a sport product.
 User can see the availblaity of product .
 Users can buy product as per their requirements and budget.
 product owner can manage their products,travel expense
and profits.

2.2 Project Models.

 Classical waterfall model is idealistic: it assumes that no defect is


introduced during any development activity.
 But in practice: defects do get introduce in almost every phase of the life
cycle. even defects may get much larger later stage of the life cycle.
 So, solution of this problem is iterative waterfall model.
 It is by far the most widely use model. Almost every other model derived
from the waterfall model.
 The principle of detecting errors as close to its point of introduction as
possible- is known as phase containment of errors.
3. AEIOU CANVAS :

( I ) Environment :

This defines the environment in the system revolves .

Customer is our first priority so customer is Analysis..

Our team went out for the shopping . At that time we need compare our porducts
values and it was difficult to find a compare of the products according to the market
analysis.

So we decide to design a system that can help us to find the perfect Prodcuts
for the clinets.

inserted digitally, it became easy to maintain and retrieve the records of the
prodcuts for admin..

By using this website it became easier to book the parking slot, to get
information about the available parking area , amount / charges to pay for that

10. FEEDBACK ANALYSIS :

The observation of performance is carried out either live during the sporting event or post-competition
Performance Analysts can now be spotted in stadiums, whether in the coaching .

Over the last two decades, Performance Analysis has established itself in many top sporting clubs
organisations as a pivotal element in the extrinsic feedback process that coaches use to accelerate
the learning process and assist athletes reach their optimal performance levels.

It is now considerate its own separate function within the backroom staff of a team
having differentiated itself from other sports science disciplines its core focus on
quantitative performance of the teams.

11. CONCLUSION :

Sports Shop Managment System is an exclusive web application for managing the current
headache situation of products.

This web portal will be very much useful as it will allow the people to book their products
space online through this website and can even pay the extra charges through net
banking.

This sports system will make several things easier such as waiting in a long queue for
products, searching sports manually, sometimes disputes for getting money change,
etc.

Thus, we will be able to modify the current product situation by building this smart
sport Shop Management System.
