Avocoffee

Mousse Cake
Ingredients
14 pcs oreo cookies 3 tbsp coffee mixture
40g melted butter 300ml cold water
150g avocado flavoured 300ml hot water
pudding mixture 3g agar agar powder
155g whipped cream powder

Directions
1. crush oreo cookies with chopper, mix with melted butter, set aside
2. Mix whipped cream powder with cold water, mixer until fluffy, divide into 2 equal
parts
3. Mix 1 part of the whipped cream with the coffee solution, set aside
4. Dissolve the pudding mixture with hot water
5. Mix the second part of the whipped cream with
pudding mixture solution, set aside
6. Prepare a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper, pour in the Oreo cookie
crumbs and spread it evenly
7. Pour in the whipped cream mixture 1, spread evenly
8. Pile with whipped cream mixture 2, spread evenly
9. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then ready to serve
