Position: Assistant Manager, Procurement

Requirements:
Qualification: BBA/BS(Supplychain/Relevant)
Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
• Working with the Procurement Manager on contract and price negotiations with suppliers, secure
best prices, and T&Cs with selected Suppliers.
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for promotional materials and services.
• Handling PR to PO process materials and services and coordinate with internal and external
stakeholders for timely ordering
• Maintaining close coordination with internal teams and Suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and
management of invoices.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brands and communications, to
understand their requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly.
• Taking strategic insight of assigned category of promotional materials and services and take long
term initiatives to bring efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Preparing and stewarding strategies for management of internal and external stakeholders.
Location: Karachi
Salary: Market Competitive
