Subject: Regarding the SSP scholarship.

Respected sir

We would like to draw your kind attention to the fact regarding, the problem we are facing while
applying for the SSP scholarship. Since our B.Ed. batch is considered as 2022-2023 batch, we have
approached our principal Ashok R Mattimani in the month of July 2023 and informed him about the last
date of SSP scholarship (2022-2023) and also informed him about our problem when we try to apply the
SSP scholarship, our data was not fetching and also requested him In order to fetch our academic data,
so that we can apply for SSP scholarship. But principal has convinced us about we can apply for SSP
scholarship later on and said your first year SSP scholarship will be allotted in 2 nd year of B.Ed. course and
second year SSP scholarship will be allotted after finishing the B.Ed. course. But when we try to apply for
the SSP scholarship in the month of the October we are facing the similar problem, our academic data is
not fetching again and also this is 2023-2024 SSP scholarship. We once again request you sir, to sort out
our problem. If in case our SSP scholarship is not allotted in time we have decided to not to pay a fees of
2nd year B.Ed. course , if necessary we will concern the ABVP members and also consult news channels
regarding the issues. We hope you will not force to take this kind of decision.
