5 great lesson

1. After reading the article, I realize the importance of a healthy diet to make the body protected
from malnutrition and other diseases. Consuming the right amount of nutrients per day and
reducing the intake of processed food are effective ways in living a healthy lifestyle.
2. I also learned how breastfeeding is important in the prime years of an infant. It is best that
infants must take breast milk to avoid the risk of developing NCD’s and have the adequate
nutrients needed to grow healthy.
3. I will now fix my eating habit. I will more mindful of my food intake. Check the nutrients I get
from my everyday consumption to track my condition. Less fat, less salt, more protein, more
carbohydrates.
4. Considering what the article says, promoting healthy diets can effectively sustain lives.
Governments supporting agriculture to farm and sell healthy products will encourage people to
purchase what their body needs.
5. It is really beneficial if we value taking care of our health. Having a regular diet will strengthen
our body and protect it from acquiring diseases and reduce the risk of containing illnesses that
will take away lives.
