girl who is alleged to have been sexually

Q.2:- What is meant by sodomy? How do you conduct
examination of a passive agent in a case of sodomy? What
signs you are likely to discover?
A) In a passive agent not accustomed to sodomy.

• Sodomy is the analintercourse between two males,
or between a male and female. This used to be practiced in
a town called Sodom. It is also called buggery. It is called
gerontophilia when the passive agent is an adult, and pederasty,

Procedure
• Enquire about the victim's bowel habits, including previousconstipation,
use of laxatives, enemata or suppositories, and any surgical operation or
instrumentation of the bowel, previous acts of anal intercourse. their
frequency and the last act of anal intercourse.
History: The specific history should include:
(1) the date, time and place of alleged act,
(2)he position in which sodomy was performed,
(3 )details of struggle or resistance ,
(4) the use of any lubricant,
(5) the degree of penetration,
(6 )Neaculation during the act,
(7 )pain experienced either at the time of the incident or, subsequently,
(8) any bleeding,
(9)defecation after the alleged washed the anal area after the act?
(10) whether changed the clothes,
(11) whether bathed or washed the anal area after the act.
• The clothing should be examined as in the case of the
victim of rape the crutch area of the underwear and trousers
should be examined for the presence of blood, seminal or faecal stains.
• The examination must be carried out in the presence of a third person either
in the lateral position or better in prone or in the knee-elbow rent
position.
• Lower rectum and anal canal must be inspected for injuries or for mucosal
abnormality.
