OJT Monthly Learning Journal Edited2
Moreover, I'm
pleased, Ates, that what I
called them, for their
arrival. Our OJT term was
about to end, and I admit
that sometimes, I'm worried
that there would be no one
left to extend help to our
supervisors. I know my
status, but to think that
we've been there, we saw
for ourselves what it's like
working in our field and we
can't deny that it's
challenging. Maybe, to
think, a little help won't
hurt.
Throughout this
month, our routines
maintained consistency with
minor adjustments due to
the introduction of new
team members, resulting in
fewer workloads. In
response, we seized the
opportunity to review our
lectures in preparation for
the upcoming 3-days mock
board.
Consequently, I
completed our OJT term,
ahead in my co-trainees in
the accounting office,
allowing for an early
departure. Reflecting on my
last day in the office,
sentimental waves swept
over me as I walked through
the familiar spaces, recalling
memories from the first day
until my departure. It's good
to be true, that this now
come to an end. Just like
how things they were.
Undeniably, I will miss this
experience, particularly the
people who have been
integral to these shared
memories. Nevertheless, as
always, life continues to
unfold.
