I. purposes
Cung cÊp c¸c sè liÖu vÒ täa ®é, cao ®é, tr¾c däc, tr¾c ngang
liªn quan ®Õn tuyÕn ®êng cho ®¬n vÞ thiÕt kÕ.
In order to provide data on co-ordinates, elevation, profile, cross section related
to the road alignment for design consultant.
II. legal basis

1/2000, 1/5000 sè 96 TCN 42-90 vµ 96 TCN 43-90 cña Tæng côc §Þa
chÝnh (nay lµ Côc §Þa chÝnh – Bé Tµi nguyªn vµ M«i trêng) ban hµnh
n¨m 1990.
-Tiªu chuÈn kh¶o s¸t ®êng «t« sè: 22 TCN 263-2000 cña Bé giao
th«ng vËn t¶i.
- Standards No. 96TCN 43-90 (at site) for topographic maps on a scale of
1/500,1/1000, 1/2000, 1/5000.
- Standard No. 96TCN 42-90 (in-house) for topographic maps of 1/500,1/1000,
1/2000, 1/5000 issued by National Service of Geodesy and Cartography (General
Department of Land Administration now) on 1990
- Highway Surveying Standards 22TCN 263-2000 issued by Ministry of
Transport.

The begining of alignment at Station at Km45+000 and the ending of the
alignment at Km 61+313.207.
This route pass-throuhg has geographical co-ordinates:

region, Pho Yen district, Thai Nguyen Province
- Section Km45+723 – Km50+500: this route passes through Hong Tien

- Section Km50+500 – Km53+530: this route passes through Luong Son
commune region, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province.

vÒ ®é chÝnh x¸c cña quy ph¹m vµ tiªu chuÈn ngµnh.

- Together with Attached accessories such as: level and staff, bands and tape

All equipment used for topographic survey works prior to put into use have been tested
and calibrated in order to meet the accuracy of specifications and standards.

Vi. contents and resutls of topographic survey


6.1 Survey location
Kh¶o s¸t tuyÕn chÝnh cã chiÒu dµi 16.313 km, ph¹m vi kh¶o s¸t
tõ tim tuyÕn sang mçi bªn 50m.
The main survey alignment has the length of 16.313 km, the
surveyed interval from the centerline to each side is 50 metres.
6.2 Co-ordinate control network and elevation.
Líi khèng chÕ täa ®é vµ ®é cao
6.2.1 Traverse control network
Sö dông c¸c mèc h¹ng IV : GPS14 – GPS 19 do ®oµn ®o ®¹c
biÓn MiÒn B¾c lËp vµ bµn giao. C«ng ty cæ phÇn t vÊn thiÕt kÕ
x©y dùng giao th«ng thñy tiÕn hµnh thµnh lËp hÖ thèng mèc ®êng
chuyÒn 2 cho toµn tuyÕn vµ c«ng tr×nh trªn tuyÕn. HÖ to¹ ®é sö
dông lµ hÖ täa ®é Nhµ níc HN72, kinh tuyÕn trung ¬ng 1050, mói
chiÕu 3 ®é.
Khèi lîng thùc hiÖn : 81 mèc
Using GPS points grade IV from GPS14 to GPS 19 established and handed
over by the Center for Sea Surveying and Mapping. Waterway Engineering Joint Stock
Company has set up secondary network for all routes and utilities on the route.
Applicable Co-ordinates are National Co- ordinates HN72. Central Meridian 1050,
Project: 30.
Executed quantites : 81 benchmarks
6.2.2 Líi khèng chÕ ®é cao Technical elevation control network
Sö dông mèc h¹ng IV : GPS 14 – GPS 19 do ®oµn ®o ®¹c biÓn
MiÒn B¾c lËp vµ bµn giao. C«ng ty cæ phÇn t vÊn thiÕt kÕ giao
th«ng thñy tiÕn hµnh thµnh lËp hÖ thèng mèc ®é cao kü thuËt cho
toµn tuyÕn vµ cho c«ng tr×nh trªn tuyÕn, c¸c mèc ®é cao kü thuËt
®îc bè trÝ trïng víi c¸c mèc ®êng chuyÒn 2. C¸c mèc cao ®é ®îc lËp
theo hÖ cao ®é Nhµ níc.
Khèi lîng thùc hiÖn: 81 mèc®é cao vµ 25km thñy chuÈn kü
thuËt
Using GPS points grade IV from GPS14 to GPS 19 established and handed
over by the Center for Sea Surveying and Mapping. Waterway Engineering Joint Stock
Company has set up technical elevation control network benchmark systems for all
routes and other works on the route, these technical elevation benchmarks shall be
arrangged coincided with the secondary network. Elevation benchmarks are
established in line with National Co-ordinates.
Executed quantites: 81 elevation benchmark and 25km technical elevations.

6.3 Kh¶o s¸t tuyÕn/ Survey the route:


6.3.1 Detailed pile stake-out §ãng cäc chi tiÕt
Trªn c¬ së tim tuyÕn chÝnh thøc do V¨n phßng T vÊn Dù ¸n
Quèc lé 3 míi cung cÊp tiÕn hµnh ®ãng cäc chi tiÕt b»ng m¸y toµn
®¹c ®iÖn tö, kho¶ng c¸ch tèi ®a gi÷a 2 cäc liªn tiÕp nhau kh«ng
qu¸ 20m. TiÕn hµnh ®ãng tÊt c¶ c¸c cäc chñ yÕu cña tuyÕn vµ c¸c
cäc ®Þa h×nh. C¸c cäc chi tiÕt cã quy c¸ch : cäc gç h×nh vu«ng
04cm x 04cm d·i 40cm.
Based on official centerline provided by NH3 Consultant
Bureau, it is required to carry out the detailed stake-out by using
Total Station set, the maximum interval between the 2 consecutive
stakes do not exceed 20 metres. All principal piles of the route and
abnormal piles (varied by the topographical surface) must be staked.
These pile has dimemsion : square wooden pile : 04cm x 04cm x
40cm
6.3.2 §o vÏ mÆt c¾t däc tuyÕn/Measurement of profiles
Dïng m¸y thuû b×nh Ni025 ®o vÏ tr¾c däc theo c¸c cäc tim ®êng
vµ tÊt c¶ c¸c cäc biÕn ®æi cña bÒ mÆt ®Þa h×nh theo tim tuyÕn.
C¸c cäc chi tiÕt ®îc ®o cao 2 lÇn, khÐp víi c¸c mèc ®é cao h¹ng IV
hoÆc mèc thuû chuÈn kü thuËt. §o cao tæng qu¸t khÐp vµo mèc ®é
cao kü thuËt ®¹t ®é chÝnh x¸c Fh(®o)≤Fh(cf)=±30 L (mm). §o cao
chi tiÕt c¸c cäc ®¹t ®é chÝnh x¸c Fh(®o)≤Fh(cf)=±50 L (mm).
Using Auto level Ni025 set to measure and draw on a longitudinal
profiles at the stakes of road centerline and all stakes due to the
variation of topographical surface. Detailed stakes shall be levelled 2
times and meet the accuracy Fh(levelling) )≤Fh(cf)=±50 L (mm)
then detailed stakes shall tie to elevation benchmark grade IV or
technical elevation and satisfy the accuracy Fh(levelling) )
≤Fh(cf)=±30 L (mm).
Tû lÖ mÆt c¾t däc: tû lÖ ngang 1/1000, tû lÖ ®øng 1/100.
Scale: horizontal scale: 1/1000, vertical scale : 1/100
6.3.3 §o vÏ mÆt c¾t ngang tuyÕn/Measurement of cross section
Dïng m¸y toµn ®¹c ®iÖn tö ®o vÏ mÆt c¾t ngang t¹i tÊt c¶ c¸c
cäc chi tiÕt ®· ®îc ®ãng, khi ®Æt m¸y t¹i ®iÓm bÊt kú lu«n cã ngêi
®øng t¹i tim tr¾c ngang ®Ó ®Þnh híng vu«ng gãc. Trong qu¸ tr×nh
®o mÆt c¾t ngang tiÕn hµnh s¬ häa c¸c ®Þa vËt cÇn thiÕt ®Ó sö
dông khi vÏ b×nh ®å. Ph¹m vi ®o vÏ mÆt c¾t ngang tõ tim tuyÕn
sang mçi bªn 50m.
Tû lÖ ®o mÆt c¾t ngang 1/200, in ra theo tû lÖ 1/400.
Using Total Station set to survey cross sections at all detailed
stakes. The surveying lines of cross section must be perpendicular
to the centreline. Topographical situations must be shown in the
cross sections durign the survey. Surveyed distance from the
centerline to each side is 50 respectively.
Scale: horizontal scale: 1/200, vertical scale : 1/100
6.3.4 Methods
MÆt c¾t däc vµ c¸c mÆt c¾t ngang ®îc vÏ b»ng phÇn mÒm
TOPO cña c«ng ty Hµi Hoµ.
Profiles and cross sections shall be drawn by using TOPO
software licenced by Hai Hoa Company.
6.3.5 LËp b×nh ®å tuyÕn tû lÖ 1/10 00
Making route map on a scale of 1/1000.
Ph¹m vi lËp b×nh ®å tuyÕn : tõ tim ®êng sang mçi bªn 50m.
Location to make the route map : 50 metres to each side of the
road’s centerline.
B×nh ®å tuyÕn ®îc lËp theo c¸c bíc sau :
The route map will show as followings :
- §a sè liÖu ®o tr¾c däc, tr¾c ngang lªn b×nh ®å
- Surveyed data on profile and cross section
- §iÒu tra, ®o ®¹c däc tuyÕn x¸c ®Þnh, bæ sung c¸c néi dung
cÇn thiÕt cho b×nh ®å tuyÕn
- Investigation, measurement along the determined alignment
and supplement neccessary contents for making map.
- TiÕn hµnh biªn tËp, hoµn chØnh b×nh ®å theo ®óng quy
tr×nh, quy ph¹m hiÖn hµnh
- Edit and correct the map in accordance with existing
regulations and standards.
- Dùng m« h×nh sè 3 chiÒu cña bÒ mÆt ®Þa h×nh trong ph¹m
vi b×nh ®å tuyÕn
- On the survey drawings shall be performed using 3D model
6.4 Survey utilities on the routeKh¶o s¸t c«ng tr×nh trªn

6.4.1 Bridge ( seperate report)

- §o tr¾c däc lßng suèi tû lÖ dµi 1/1000, cao 1/100
Including 02 small bridges: Km53+530 and Km59+500
- Topographical plan of bridge position on a scale of of 1 /1000
- Profile of the centerline of bridge on a horizontal scale of 1/1000 and vertical
scale of 1/100.
- Profile of stream bed with horizontal scale of 1/1000 and the vertical scale of
1/100

- Mapping on a scale of of 1/1000: 15.4 ha
- Profiles of brigde’s center and stream on the upstream and the downstream
respectively: 2.11 km
- Bridge pile system: 04 piles
6.4.2 C«ng tr×nh cèng vµ c¶i m¬ng
Culverts and canal relocation:
Gåm 73 cèng c¸c lo¹i trong ®ã cã 39 cèng dù kiÕn vµ 34 cèng
thñy lîi. §· tiÕn hµnh ®o tr¾c däc, tr¾c ngang ®iÓn h×nh kªnh m-
¬ng t¹i c¸c vÞ trÝ ®Æt cèng.
There are 73 kinds of culverts of which 39 are proposed culverts and 34 are
irrigational culverts. The measurement of typical culverts and canal relocation at cross
section and profile was done at placed culverts.
Khèi lîng thùc hiÖn: Executed quantities:
- C¾t däc cèng tû lÖ ®øng 1/50, tû lÖ ngang 1/500: 3.94 km
- C¾t ngang cèng tû lÖ 1/50: 0.03 km
- Culvert profile with vertical scale: 1/50 and horizontal scale: 1/500: 3.94km
- Culvert cross section on a scale of 1/150: 0.03km.
6.4.3 Cross road and intersection
Trong ph©n ®o¹n Km45+000 Km61+313.207 cã 02 nót giao:
nót giao Ba Hµng (Km45+723.359) vµ nót giao S«ng C«ng
(Km52+997.492). TiÕn hµnh lËp b×nh ®å tû lÖ 1/1000 t¹i khu nót
giao theo vÞ trÝ do t vÊn cung cÊp. §o tr¾c däc, tr¾c ngang ®êng
giao theo tim tuyÕn do t vÊn cung cÊp.
There are two intersections at section Km45+000 Km61+313.207: Ba Hang
Intersection (Km45+723.359) and Song Cong Intersection (Km52+997.492). It is
neccessary to carry out the topographical survey plan on a scale of of 1/1000 at
intersection areas handed over by the consultant. The measuring of profiles and cross
sections based on the centerline handed over by the consultant.
§êng giao gåm 45 vÞ trÝ, trong ®ã: giao ®êng « t« cã 06 vÞ trÝ
, cßn l¹i lµ giao ®êng d©n sinh 37 vÞ trÝ. Cã 02 vÞ trÝ lËp hå s¬ ®-
êng giao t¹i c¸c nót giao Ba Hµng vµ S«ng C«ng, cßn l¹i c¸c ®êng
giao kh¸c th× thèng kª, thuyÕt minh chi tiÕt.
Cross roads have 45 locations of which 06 locations intersect with
expressway/road, 37 locations intersect with paths. 02 cross roads at Ba Hang and
Song Cong Intersections must be made reports and the other must be made up a
quantity list and detail descriptions

- §o vÏ tr¾c däc ®êng giao : 1.34 km
- §o vÏ tr¾c ngang ®êng giao: 6.6 km
Executed quantities:
- Topographical survey plan on a scale 1/1000: 59.6 ha
- Profile of interchange road: 1.34 km
- Cross section of interchange road: 6.6 km
6.4.4 Kh¶o s¸t c«ng tr×nh ®iÖn vµ giao ®iÖn
electricity and electric intersection lines
§o¹n tuyÕn kh¶o s¸t gåm cã hÖ thèng ®iÖn tho¹i, ®iÖn h¹ thÕ
0.4KV vµ ®iÖn cao thÕ 11KV, 35KV, 110KV. §· tiÕn hµnh gãc giao,
tÜnh kh«ng, cù ly c¸ch tim cña hÖ thèng c¸c lo¹i giao ®iÖn gåm 22
vÞ trÝ. Trong ®ã:
Giao ®iÖn 0.4 KV : 13 vÞ trÝ
Giao ®iÖn 11 KV : 02 vÞ trÝ
Giao ®iÖn 35 KV : 03 vÞ trÝ
Giao ®iÖn 110 KV : 03 vÞ trÝ
Giao ®iÖn tho¹i : 01 vÞ trÝ
The survey route includes telephone lines, high voltage and low voltage 04KV,
11KV, 35KV, 110KV. Intersection angle, clearance, and interval between centerline of
all types of electric consist of 22 position. Where:
Intersecting with electricity lines 0.4 KV: 13 positions
Intersecting with electricity lines 11 KV: 02 positions
Intersecting with electricity lines 35 KV: 03 positions
Intersecting with electricity lines 110 KV: 03 positions
Intersecting with telephone lines: 01 position

6.4.5 Kh¶o s¸t ®iÒu tra GPMB /Survey and data collection of land
acquisition
TiÕn hµnh thèng kª GPMB theo mÉu: cét ®iÖn, nhµ, ®Êt, c©y,
må m¶, ®Òn chïa, c«ng tr×nh kh¸c (cã b¶ng thèng kª kÌm theo),
ph¹m vi ®iÒu tra tõ tim tuyÕn ra mçi bªn 50m däc theo toµn tuyÕn.
Land acquisition survey shall be carried out and compiled in form of a report:
electric pole, buildings, trees, fences, tombs, pagodas and other constructions (attached
with quatity table), the surveyed interval is at least 50 metres to each side of the
centerline throughout the project route.

thùc hiÖn ®óng, ®Çy ®ñ theo ®Ò c¬ng, quy tr×nh, quy ph¹m hiÖn
hµnh. §©y lµ sè liÖu c¬ së phôc vô cho bíc TKKT trong ®o¹n tuyÕn
trªn.
Topographical Report of New National Highway No.3 and Regional Road Network
Construction Project. Section Hanoi – Thai Nguyen(1) from Km45+000 to
Km61+313.207 undertaken by hydrological and topographical survey – Waterway
Engineering Consultant Joint Stock company was strictly established in accordance
with TOR, existing regulations and standards for survey and design. This is a basic
data for detailed design stage throughout the project route.
