Bioform began researching alternative materials to replace plastics,

using sugarcane and molasses to produce Poly lactic Acid, a bio-plastic
with a short lifespan but rapid decomposition capability.

Currently, Bioform manufactures substitute materials for plastics by

incorporating additives into conventional plastics to significantly
quicken their decomposition, reaching rates up to 150-200 times faster.
This ensures a rapid breakdown without toxins or carcinogens in their
products. They've been honored with the Prime Minister Award in 2018
and received certification from the Singaporean government's Unilever
Foundry Mentorship Program in 2021.

That brings us to the end of our presentation.

If anyone has any questions, we’ll be pleased to answer them.
