USES SURFACE PREPARATION

National Acrylic Sealant is recommended as
complete sealing solution for applications like:
• Sealing around windows and doors
• Joints between concrete and brickwork
• Joints between aerated concrete
• Around duct holes, ventilation grills
• To obtain maximum sealing efficiency, the surface
should be dry, clean, free of oil, grease, loose
particles and other contaminants before application
of sealant.
• Non - porous substrates should be cleaned with a
solvent and should be complete dry before
application of sealant.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES APPLICATION METHOD

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Avoid skin and eye contact by wearing overalls, gloves, goggles, and mask etc.
• Skin Contact: Rinse with water. If skin irritation or rash occurs, seek medical attention immediately.
• Eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Consult an eye specialist immediately.
• Avoid inhalation by wearing suitable mask.
• In the event of ingestion seek medical attention immediately.
• Apply the sealant in well-ventilated area.
• Local safety regulations need to be followed.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

• Store the sealant in proper storage conditions as per the local regulations. Keep the sealant container in
sealed condition under shed, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Do not put back the half or unused material back in original container, containing the supplied sealant, to
avoid contamination.
• Shelf life at 30°C is 9 months in original sealed packing, with proper storage conditions.
