a. Spend my recreational activities with my brother because the both of us is making our body
more flexible now, the impact of pandemic is we gain weight by that we want to loss weight
now for the upcoming face to face classes. We-
b. go to the gym and other specific area because we can train our body and clear mind just to
enjoy our daily routine exercise.
ACTIVITY #4
My cousins go the gym every day and I always saw him. One day I asked if I can go to the gym also and
he said ‘yes if u want to’. After 2months I’m down its like my body feels lazy and frustration. My
cousins said that I need to stop because I am only 16years and I don’t have a build body, I have a thin
body in junior high school to be honest. To my upcoming birthday and now I already started gym and
build my body well I don’t want my parents to be nervous when I feel get sicked every time.
