consultation with Superiors.
Take active part in LEAN , 5S Activities, Work on reducing process Cycle Time in department, as well as
reduce wastages (Rework, Rejections, Scrap, Customers’ rejections, Handling and Storage damages).
In-process Inspection of Sheet-metal Press shop – Regular Production
Provide support to Production, Design to resolved processing issues during Production.
Oversee the controlled document system, to include updated Quality procedures, work instructions,
forms master lists and other associated documents are used and, also ensure ISO 9001-15 Quality
Systems requirements are met.
Review Status of Goals and Targets and give presentation to Top Management about the achievements
and improvements done in Quality, Suppliers, Production Process Employee Engagement etc.
Identify the Training needs of self and of Team Members and ensure the training is given by in
coordinating with superiors.
Take part and support 3rd Party Inspection team, external auditors etc.
Follow and insist (Self & team members) complying the Safety norms, use required Safetey PPE during
Manufacturing Process.
