Welcome to our subject! I am very excited to begin this course with you, so to get started, I
encourage you to use this topic to introduce yourself (name, location, something
unique/interest/likes and your declaration of your short-term/long-term plans) and get to know
your classmates as well.
I also encourage you to customize your profile in MS Teams with a photo.
Good day, sir! My name is stated above, and I am currently residing in Sta. Mesa, Manila. I
like spending time with my loved ones, listening to music, playing basketball, also
horoscopes. Something unique about my personality—I like being genuine with people I
care about despite of concurring difficulties I experience at the moment, but I feel it’s really
hard to be like this since I am a very independent person. I may be considered an ambivert
—I get embarrassed quickly but right now, I am writing many things maybe because I am in
the mood and I look up to you as a very valuable professor who constantly thinks of our
welfare over anything else.
My long-term plans include getting that three-letter word title attached at the end of my
name, being financially stable and of course, being able to attain happiness with my loved
ones. As to my career goals, I still need to learn many things in this field. Like how am I
going to gather my options for job applications after graduating, where will I work. Do you
have any suggestion, sir? Also, I cannot visualize post-graduate degrees as part of my long-
term plans since I spent too much time studying and I wanted to focus on my family already.
Short-term goals include being able to put into heart the learnings I will get from the subjects
I am currently taking. Although it’s very difficult to compress the time allotted for each
subject, I will try my very best to genuinely understand what I am going to study. It may be
hard because I have a short-term memory like Dory, though. In addition, I also have
responsibilities in our house which include applying for financial assistances for my mother’s
medical expenses, and other administrative (what?) tasks to monitor her condition. So one
of my goals is to learn how to balance everything despite of my situation and time
management issues where I tend to forget caring for myself with lack of sleep and water
(caffeine overload). I like coffees, too—but not the black one.

What are your expectations, comments, or reaction regarding this course, your
professor, this semester, including self-expectation in general?
Before I submit this assignment, I’ve seen how passionate you are as an instructor, sir. This
year, or even last academic year, we haven’t encountered a professor who constantly updates
his students, clarifies questions instantly, and above all, someone who actually cares for our
well-being i.e. health. So I expect it the way it is—more leniency and dedication. In addition, I
adore how organized the subject is (schedule, materials, and more) which I think is beneficial to
us for we can be able to strategize our time management, too.
However, I actually find it difficult to catch up as some topics covered by the IA1 are being
discussed and I got my first tres in my whole life so I think that would explain why it’s hard to
catch up. For this semester, I will try my best to explore which review methods will work best for
me—so I’ve been in a trial and error mode. Writing, watching, listening. Anyway, self-

especially, the assessment examination of the batch at the end of the year.
