    I am writing to convey my deep enthusiasm for the Social Welfare Officer IV (Provincial
    Link) role as for the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program which I saw from a hiring
    announcement on your Facebook page. Recently graduating magna cum laude from Capiz
    State University Pilar Satellite College with a degree in Social Work, I also achieved a top 2
    ranking in the board examinations, reflecting my commitment to this field. Throughout my
    university journey, I actively immersed myself in various leadership roles, notably serving as
    the President of the Junior Social Work Student Association. In this capacity, I organized
    impactful community outreach programs, engaging in fundraising events and raising
    awareness about critical social issues.
    Beyond academics, my practical experience includes volunteering at a local non-profit
    organization, where I collaborated closely with marginalized communities to provide support.
    Additionally, my internship at a government agency allowed me to conduct assessments,
