Introduction: Texsoft-100 is one kind of new type fatty acid amides softener, can dissolve in cold
water, suitable for all kinds of textile and impart the fabric with excellent soft and smooth
feeling.Also can be used for denim, knitted fabrics, sweaters and towel fabric as softener.
The effect of Whiteness of fabrics and colored light is small ,low yellowing.

Use Area

◆ Soft finishing of all kinds of textiles, also can be used for denim, knitted fabrics, sweaters and
towel fabric as softener. Impart the fabric with excellent soft and smooth feeling. The effect of
Whiteness of fabrics and colored light is small ,low yellowing.

Usage amount for reference

◆ Dipping Process: 0.3-0.8%(o.w.f) , bath ratio 1:10-15,temperature:60-65℃，15-30 minutes.

◆ Padding Process: 2-3g/L ,temperature 60 ~ 65°C.

Dilution
◆ Cool dilution: Pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 5-10%,
then leave the mixture aside for about 10mins,after observing the flakes are totally dissolved, stir
the mixture for 3-5mins,then can get the working solution.

Storage

◆ Store in cool,dry and ventilated warehouse. Take care of heavy pressure to prevent
agglomeration. One year of storage period.
